I spent the week in Southern California for work and the annual SWE conference. I was challenged and inspired beyond measure. There were many pictures I could share. I'm choosing this one - a special moment captured with a special friend, Tara Rossman. In the midst of all the work and all the professionalism, I love this very real picture.
