This shows how Dot and I spent a better part of an evening on Monday night while the boys were watching the Football Championship game between Alabama and Notre Dame. I didn't want to miss out on the fun of an evening at Dot and John's, so I took my computer with me. Dot was a gem and kept me company as we worked (and chatted). Love this family!

This has been a busy week as we get back into the routine of life after the holiday including work, school and life without naps. Jeff and I worked side by side one evening in the kitchen. . . This photo shows my view as we made a salad. Best part of my week. I've learned that the sweetest moments in marriage are usually the least glamorous.
