Jeff and I celebrated our one year anniversary by going to a church picnic. While this may not seem very 'romantic' it was for us. It was three years ago at the church picnic that we had our first conversation. We liked the park so much we chose it as our wedding site. Enjoy our pictures!

"Believing that the Lord gave you to me as a precious gift, I will be the best steward of this gift that I can be with God's help. I promise to support you when you are down and encourage you when you are sad. I will be your best friend." Jeff Hoerr, excerpt from wedding vows on June 26, 2010.

A wedding, a reunion, and a road trip.

Jeff and I celebrated the marriage of Audra Hoerr to Eric Wilson on Saturday night before heading to Indiana. On Sunday noon we enjoyed seeing family at the Wenger family reunion. We will road trip back to Peoria on Monday morning. Enjoy the photos. Enjoy your fathers. Enjoy your family.

On July 14, Jeff and I and 14 others are heading to Brazil for a mission trip in Manaus. Our church is partnering with local missionaries in Brazil to support a village in the Amazon jungle. We will be building a church, installing water filters, instructing dental hygiene and praying with the families. The pictures are of our team and of the village we will support. The video link tells more about the water filters we will distribute. Interested in learning how you can support the work in Brazil? Just let me know.

Memorial Day made for a great chance for Jeff and me to slow down and have some fun. In the evening we went for a long bike ride on the Rock Island Trail. We were determined to make it all the way into Wyoming before it got too late and dark. Once back to our starting point, we stopped in at the Polar Bear Ice Cream window in Princeville for a treat and a chance to enjoy the beautiful peonies in the town's center square. Charming charming charming!

Enjoy the photos. Jada
