Friends,

The scent of spring descended upon Peoria this weekend. The snow in the back yard is almost melted. I have no delusions thinking that we won't have snow yet again this winter...but it was nice to play in the spring like weather on Saturday. Jeff took me to the Cake Shoppe for samples of the wedding cake flavors. I had two of each kind...just to be sure I liked them. The joys of being engaged! This weeks photo shows me "digging in" to the sample we took for the road.
